Service

ABB Variable Speed Drive service and maintenance

  • We are certified by ABB to service the ABB Drives installed base in Zimbabwe.

    This includes breakdowns, repair and maintenance. Using ABB's product specific Maintenance Schedules and Lifecycle audits conducted at site, we are able to recommend Preventive Maintenance kits (PM kits) for service.

    Book us for a Lifecycle Audit to get information on your equipment service requirements or needs.

ABB motor service

  • We do service and maintenance on ABB motors at our workshop in South Africa.

    Spare parts and selected services are available locally.

Preventive Maintenance

  • S A W Africa recommends and assists customers in preventive maintenance. On-site machine diagnostics for fault finding and predictive maintenance are available upon request.

    Using ABB Ability Smart Sensors for motors, pumps, bearings and drives, customers are able to do condition monitoring.

  • We install and commission AC and DC Variable Speed Drives, Motors, Pumps, Renewable energy equipment and Measurement products.

Grundfos pump service

  • We are authorized by Grundfos to service their products. This is done at our Sub Factory in South Africa. Only Grundfos original parts are used for service.
